What format do the files come in?

All files are compressed in a Zip folder and need to be unzipped.

How can I extract my zip file?
You will need to extract to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users) if you do not have a program on your computer.

For mac you can simply double click the file and it should open automatically. For PC you can right click the file and choose extract all.

My file is not opening/extracting?

We are sorry you are experiencing problems with your files. Your product probably didn’t download properly. Delete the .zip file from your computer (emptying your recycle bin as well), clear your temporary internet files and try again.

Also, please make sure have the files been extracted or unzipped from the .ZIP? I say this because from a PC you can view files but they are not editable or printable until they are fully unzipped.

If you still experience problems let us know along with any error messages you are encountering.

My download says it’s empty, damaged, corrupt or password protected?

Your product probably didn’t download properly. Delete the .zip file from your computer (emptying your recycle bin as well), clear your temporary internet files and try again. If you still experience problems let us know along with any error messages you are encountering.

What is the type of payments you accept?

We accept Paypal and all major debit and credit cards including visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Where is my invoice?

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase is complete. It includes your order number, billing address, payment method and total. You can also access it through your orders under “my account” and view to display the receipt.

How do I use my coupon code? (This will be re-written to reflect our shopping cart)
Once you have added all your products to your cart, click on the shopping icon to proceed with checking out. In the cart on the right, under the proceed to checkout button, enter your code in the coupon code box and select apply coupon.

If you already selected proceed to checkout, you can use the CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR CODE at the top of the page. Then select apply coupon and your coupon will be applied.

Our coupons are for individual use only. Any of our coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons.

How do I edit my email or personal information?

Please sign in to your account if you are not already. Go to MY ACCOUNT and ACCOUNT DETAILS and edit your information. Once you are finished click on the SAVE CHANGES button.

I lost my password?

Click on the LOST YOUR PASSWORD under the login and enter the username or email associated with your account and click reset password. A temporary password will be sent to you within 10 minutes. Follow the link to reset your password.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital products no refunds can be offered unless you HAVE NOT downloaded any files to your computer.

Please contact us if you are having trouble downloading, opening your files, are missing content, the files are corrupt or you purchased a duplicate item and it will be our pleasure to help you.

What is a Digital Download?

ALL our downloadable products are digital and are delivered upon reception of the payment. Digital downloads are files that you can access immediately and use on your computer in the creation of projects. You can either access them via an email we sent you or your order page. Digital downloads are NOT tangible products and therefore will not be shipped.

Why should I buy a Digital Download?

  • You can download the digital file for immediate use
  • There are no shipping costs
  • Titles are never out of stock
  • Digital downloads are easily accessible on your computer
  • You can increase the text size for visually impaired readers
  • Digital downloads are enabled to work with automated text readers
Can I return or exchange a digital download?

No. All sales on downloadable products are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Can I buy a digital download with a school purchase order?

No, digital downloads cannot be included in a school purchase order. They can only be purchased through the 30 Minute Circle Time website.

Accessing and Using Your Digital Downloads

How do I access my digital download once I have purchased it?

Immediately after checkout, you will see your digital download links on the confirmation page.

You will also be able to access your purchases within the order details page in My Account. Simply find the order that contains the digital download file and click on the order number to open the details page. You will find a download button next to the product title.

How long can I access the digital download links?

Digital download links do not expire over time, however, you are limited to 5 downloads per product in a single purchase.

How long can I keep my digital download?

You can keep the file you downloaded forever.

I need multiple copies for several teachers. Can I just buy one digital download, and make copies?

No, that would be a violation of the book’s copyright. “Reproduction of activities (from this digital download) in any manner for use in the classroom and not for commercial sale is permissible. Reproduction of these materials for an entire school or for a school system is strictly prohibited.”

Can I put the digital download file on a shared server?
No. “Reproduction of activities in any manner for use in the classroom and not for commercial sale is permissible. Reproduction of these materials in whole or in part for an entire school or for a school system is strictly prohibited.”
I’ve tried to download the digital file and it keeps telling me the file is corrupted. What should I do?
The most common solution for this problem is to download a newer version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The newest version is available for free download here: get.adobe.com/reader
I purchased a digital download and there is no download link on the order detail page. How can I access the download?
